Dover race report

It's time to do an update again but first I have to let everyone know that one of our longtime players recently passed away. It's with a sad heart to say that Harvey Howe, aka No-Howe, left us May 17th. Harvey was a great man that was loved by everyone who knew him and he will be sadly missed by all.
