Nascar Indy

Well that was a shitty race. All those yellows for tires were just crazy. Goodyear needs to get its head out it's ass and figure out how to build a racing tire that will last.Unbelievable!

Anyway, with the weird race there's been some position changes. Nothing too dramatic. Mitty gets his second low score in a row. He's tryin' to make a comeback!

Looks like we're off to the Pocono mountains this weekend, hope they have a race this weekend! ;)

'til next week...

Chicago race

Missed the race again, damnit! Well, I caught a bit of it. I was flipping channels between the IndyCar race and the Stock car race.

I can't believe that Joe & Harvie beat Rolling Stoneszd with only 4 drivers! Those are some picks Daryl... :)

Not much else to say. 'til next week...

Daytona 400

Or something like that! :)

Still missing a car for Joe & Harvie... have your people call my people.

So I'm going to post the results anyway, there might be a correction but it won't have any outcome on the lead. ;)

Saw the highlites of the race, lots of cautions, eh? The 18 car wins again. Kid's startin' to make a habit of this! Guess Tony Stewart didn't like the spotlight being taken away from him and went and bought himself a team. Might not be the best thing he could do, but I guess he's earned his swing at it.

A few changes in the standings, they've really tightened up. 6 out of the Top 10 are separated by only one point! Although, the margin between first and tenth is still almost 200 points. That's a long way to go but there's only 70 points until Kelvin is in a points paying position. :) Hey, 6th place is a free pass for next year so that's worth something!

Hope I can make the time to watch the race this weekend. It's been a while. Anyway, 'til next week...

Loudon

Hey gang,

sorry for being a bit late on the race report, it was a busy weekend! I had five and a half days off for the long weekend! Wahoo!

I never caught the race on the weekend, too damn busy being outside! I did hear that the race was shortened due to rain. Maybe it was just Kurt's turn to win. ;)

The status quo was maintained in the standings but some people are going to have to contact Daryl to make new picks. The #40 Ganassi car has ceased operations so neither the driver nor the car will be competing. Joe & Harvie need to call Daryl and pick a new driver. Or continue to score 44 for the rest of the year. :)

'til next week...
