Driver Groups update

Oops! Had a duplication with Keselowski showing up in two places. He belongs in the 6th position driving the #6 car. I've adjusted the other drivers to reflect Ryan Newman not racing in Cup this year.

Appreciate the mistake being pointed out so I could correct it. Glad people are paying attention!  ;)

2022 Driver Groups

 Happy New Year everybody!

I hope this new year brings everyone success and good fortunes!

Speaking of fortunes, it's that time of year again where a new season of NASCAR racing is close upon us. There's still a few weeks before the Daytona 500 but I thought I'd get the driver groups done earlier than usual. Let people have a bit more time to pick their driver groupings.

With this new season comes a new car, new teams, and new racers. With a completely new car, all the teams will be starting from ground zero. Will the usual suspects still shine or will some different teams figure things out early and move to the front?!

Study the drivers groupings and remember, you can only pick one driver from each group. Click the link to the right if you need a refresher on the complete set of rules.

Good luck to everyone who plays!

Phoenix Championship race result

Kyle Larson is the race winner and the Championship winner of the season. Hard to believe he got where he is considering where he was just a year and a half ago! Congrats to Kyle on a remarkable season and to all his fans!

Congrats to NINJA on winning the NASCAR racing pool for 2021 and to the rest of the top 5 for their winnings. Also, congrats to Piston Broke for the free pick next season.

Thanks to everybody who played this year, we hope you had fun following your favourite drivers thru the season and we hope to see you back again next year.

Martinsville race result

The race winner was Alex Bowman.

Hate to see the race win decided by one driver knocking another out of the way. Mistake or not, it just doesn't seem right to me. Bowman should have gotten an avoidable contact penalty but NASCAR doesn't apply that penalty so the drivers can do what they want on the track. I guess it appeals to the crowd that shows up for the wrecks...

Just one race left in the season and it looks like the Top 6 will finish within the 6. Maybe with some crazy drama number 7 might sneak in but it's all just a matter of which order the Top 6 finish. Good luck to everyone.

Kansas race result

Wow! What can you say about Kyle Larson?! He's sure having a season to remember. That's his 2nd time winning three races in a row this season. And during the playoffs when the pressure is so high.

Incredible team, incredible driver!
