I got the picks from The Kelvinator and got all the car numbers plugged in with no duplicates. That's a good start to the season.  😄

New Season

Hello everyone, and welcome to a new season of racing. NASCAR has changed up a few things this year in their schedule, presumably because of the Olympics this summer. There's a back-to-back at Pocono in June and a three week gap between races.

They've also changed where the season ending race will take place. They're going to Phoenix Raceway instead of Homestead. Closer to Las Vegas for their awards banquet? Who knows...

So, there's three weeks left until Daytona and I thought I'd get ahead of the game this year. I made some time to put together the Driver Groups so everyone has lots of time to figure out who they want to pick. Make sure you get your picks in early so you get the drivers you want!

Homestead race result

Well, there we go. Kyle Busch wins the race and his 2nd championship. Congrats to him, I guess. I don't care much for the man but he's a hell of a wheelman, that's for sure!

Also, congrats to Cuzn-Carl 99 who vaulted from 3rd place to steal the win in our pool! I'm pretty sure this is the closest finish that we've ever had between the Top 5! Expect that Daryl will be contacting all the winners soon to arrange for them to get their payout.

Denny Hamlin wins the race and the spot in the Championship 4 race next week in Homestead.

The standings in the pool are still super close, too close to call! Also, I think this is the first time that I've ever seen three people with the low score in the race.
